Michael Jackson's family filed a wrongful death suit against the pop icon's former concert production company, AEG Live. AEG Live lawyer, Marvin Putnam, is defending the studio saying, "Mr. Jackson is a person who was known to doctor shop". Also he stated, "The child molestation trial is relevant because it resulted in an incredible increase in his drug intake". The AEG Live litigation team is not excluding any detail of Michael Jackson's life as they defend themselves in a multi-billion dollar lawsuit.

DWI Death accepts Misdemeanor Plea
Chad Williams, a new attorney for Curney, Garcia, Farmer, Pickering and House, was arrested four years ago for intoxicated manslaughter for the death of a motorcyclist. Williams had been intoxicated on the night of the accident and pulled out in front of the motorcyclist and the collision ended in death.
William's defense attorney, Bobby Barrera, was able to receive a plea agreement from the Assistant District attorney of a Class B DWI. The DA was not able to prove intoxication was the cause of the accident in this case. William's is expected to receive 6 months in jail or probation, he is also awaiting the decision for the Texas Board on whether he is fit to practice law.
